ConnectJapan is Asia’s #1 Japan Higher Education platform providing advice on the most significant scale of Japan-based higher education in Asia. This platform brings together students studying in Japan and those who want to go to Japan to a common point and answers their various questions.
ConnectJapan is going to hire a campus ambassador for the first time. A campus ambassador will represent various activities and competitions in ConnectJapan at his or her educational institution.
𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞: 14 June, 2021
𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤: 2 months
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:
1. To create an environment in which Japan can work with various educational support clubs in its organizations.
2. Let us know what students studying in different institutions have to say about Japan in higher education and what kind of help they are willing to get in ConnectJapan.
3. Inform everyone in your educational institution about the various meetings, training or competitions organized by ConnectJapan.
𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬:
1. At the end of your tenure as Campus Ambassador, you will be given a certificate and LOR (Letter of Recommendation).
2. Opportunity to participate in a unique mentorship program organized by ConnectJapan (open only to current ConnectJapan members and volunteers).
3. The founder of ConnectJapan and several other members are currently studying in Japan at the undergraduate or postgraduate level. By joining ConnectJapan, you can learn about higher education in Japan or other countries.
𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1. An ambassador has to maintain an official etiquette with the members of various departments of ConnectJapan and with other ambassadors.
2. An ambassador must know how to handle different situations and arguments politely.
3. An ambassador has to complete his/her task within the assigned deadline.
4. An ambassador will not participate in any competition organized, supervised, or collaborated by ConnectJapan.
5. ConnectJapan can suspend or terminate any ambassadors' role at any time if he/she violates any of the rules.
6. ConnectJapan has the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:
Only 15 to 30-year-olds Bangladeshi citizens studying in different educational institutions can apply.
